I Am Aware Right Now

Hello,

I feel very aware right now after meditating for some time. 

Every action i take - from walking around the house, standing in the sun, watching the feather follow the air 

is inconsequentially meaningless in the sense that i am simply not there

I am nowhere

and yet everywhere

I can feel the past overlap the present overlap the future

in every keystroke on the keyboard, every tick of the clock

I feel stupid for once believing that meditation will change my life. Yet it was a necessary deception to experience this moment. 

Where are "YOU"?

And now the moment has passed, i feel confused. I desperately rewind my memory to catch a glimpse of what was. Only impatience is there.

A glimpse means you had come close. But glimpses are bound to be lost. Meditation can, at the most, give only a glimpse. But do not stop there; do not get stuck looking for that same glimpse again and again. The only purpose of meditation is that one gets a glimpse. Then one has to go ahead.

I mean it is not enough to have beautiful glimpses. It is good, but not good enough. The glimpse was only an arrow pointing towards the possibility—it did its work, but you remain there.
