Yeah, good points. It does take some time to become competent at it. Lots of sparring. I agree learning boxing can be enough for defending against a regular dude. It's easier to learn and you can apply it sooner after starting. Though, from my own experience, many fights end up in a clinch somehow, and if the other dude is bigger and stronger than you, you're basically fucked. Especially when the other person knows how to defend punches, it becomes even more essential to learn some Jiu jitsu and wrestling.

No not just a regular dude, littelry 90% percent of the population, also BJJ is useless in an actual street fight, you never know if the person your fighting has other buddies who can kick the shit out of you when you on the ground. Never get put on your ass in a street fight that should be your primary goal after defending yourself.  Learn how to box, learn a few takedown defenses and submission holds and your good.

Also to OP, being physically capable is one of the most important thing a man can learn. Subconsciously understanding you could take another guy on if shit was to hit the roof gives you a deep internal confidence, also  woman are more likely to follow your lead if she feels you can protect her.

From what I understand, squirting and orgasms are partially women's responsibility. It doesn't matter how good your technique is when your girl's mind is blocked for some reason.

@JonasVE12 i didnt do martial arts for a woman. I've always just been active. I did wrestling in high school and bjj for like 6 months. I've also done some boxing and Krav Maga. Tried Muai Thai for a little bit, but in the big picture it's important to keep getting stronger as a purpose for yourself. In terms of keeping my gf or whatever i came to the conlcusion that it doesn't matter if i'm the strongest rather as long as i'm willing and decently capable/growing.

@Peter Miklis  Yes, it is partially their responsibility, but their partner can help them overcome this sexual shame by dirty talk which Leo mentions in his video. If you dont do that, you shouldnt be surprised if she doesnt even get off.

Female pleasure is neglected and some cultures systematically get rid of female pleasure psychologically and physically. This also has the side effect of there being certain blocks. I was trying to show a different view on physical strength, macho-ness and a different value system by what I posted before.
