Since I came to USA I'm facing all kinds of challenges and In a way I love it you learn a lot in another way its overwhelming. So I lost my job and I'm struggling to find a new one lately. Iv been doing meditation for bout 6 years and yoga for 7 months they all help. The problem iv been facing lately its that I feel like dying. I'm 100% its how my psyche operates in challenging situations. I feel like I have to let go of a lot of feelings and also its weird but I have to enjoy this time because it's growth, said that having this positive attitude with a feeling of dying its no fun sometimes. I also have thus problem that I feel like I'm get stuck in a new job and forget about my purpose. I wanna do yoga for rest of my life. Guys been there? How did you get out of this?  Do you guys create visions ?

What helps me in rough situations is not forcing any kind of plesuarable feeling. If you experience evrything with equanimity all the stuff would fall apart by itself.

The idea that you HAVE to let go of feelings creates unecessary conflict within yourself.  Also thinking that you HAVE to enjoy this time is a conflict. Where did you get the idea thet you have to enjoy this time ? You can enjoy it only if you see/experience it as it is. Maybe in 10 years you look back at this time and think " What a situation i have been !" and just smiling at it. We have this nevrotic tendency to always want Pink and Butterflies and nice Flowers.

It seems that you  are already clear about you want to do in your life. Maybe become a yoga Teacher.

Agree with this, telling yourself that you have to feel and behave a certain way is only liable to lead to repression and denial, it seems to me. Acknowledging and allowing your feelings, even if they feel painful and/or uncomfortable, is so important if you're truly serious about spiritual growth, and yet it seems that so many people prefer to cover up or ignore feelings they deem bad or unpleasant.
