@Leo GuraWhat is the difference between introspection and contemplation ?Can both be used to discover truth of a thing ?Which is better at arriving to the truth ?

Try both and notice their differences and similarities.

Introspection is inwards into your thoughts and emotions. 

Contemplation can refer to internal and external events.
