How do you guys manage logging in and logging out on this forum?

Every time I try to log out and then when I log in, it automatically logs me out once I click on a subforum. So I don't log out at all. I have to be logged in all the time to avoid this from happening. 

But I have seen lots of users log in and log out multiple times throughout the day. 

Anyone else encounter the same issue while logging in and out? 

The issue generally resolves if I stay  logged in for a long time.

I just stay logged in all the time if I can.
Although I’ve had the issue of having to log in every time I click to a different section of the forum but I think that was because I was on incognito and didn’t know it.

You might not actually be logged out. Try refreshing your browser instead.

I've noticed that the forum CMS automatically loads a local version of the site instead of refreshing in real time, which could give the illusion of being logged out.

There seems to be no expiration to log ins on multiple devices. In other words, once you've logged in with a device you stay logged in forever (on that device) until you log out again. It can look like you're logged out because as @cookiemonster says you will get served a cached version (local copy) of a page unless you press refresh in the browser. The cached version of the page can be one from where you were logged out before.

Constantly. It's the most annoying thing ever (if pressing F5 can be seen as annoying). But I know why it's done: to save on server resources.
