I would definitely add more protein like already suggested. A good quality peanut butter, almond butter or tahini is also something worth adding.

agreed with this, it would be helpful to ask for a testing of: ferritin (iron), B12 and even folate (B9) for a start. 

@Preety_IndiaIf you tell your doctor that you are doing vegan diet for an ethical reason but don't feel very well, they may be quite ready to do these tests.
