And how to develop sense of faith and trust? In my daily life.. I cannot really feel have faith and trust in me.

I think all of it is just mostly belief. I dont have a good backbone self maybe to say without faith and trust.

Here’s my take.

Belief is a matter of conviction of whether you are convinced something is true or false. But beliefs go deeper in that some beliefs don’t care about truth and are all about promoting survival, which may lead to faith.

Trust is willingness to be vulnerable to a situation or person out of a deep feeling or intuition that the person will honor their word.

Faith is similar trust and hope and belief in that it is a belief and hope in something beyond the evidence given. Faith is not a sign of weakness but is a strength. Faith is willingness to believe and hope even if all the logic and evidence do not ignite the path.

You use element of faith every day of your life because faith is a dimension of life. Everything revolves around faith or rather it all works cause of faith.

“when the mob, the press, and the whole world tell you to move, you plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth and say no! You move!” - Captain America

“Our most valuable resource is not time, but rather it is consciousness itself. Consciousness is the basis for everything, and without it, there could be no time and no resource possible. It is only through consciousness and its cultivation that one’s passions, one’s focus, one’s curiosity, one’s time, and one’s capacity to love can be actualized and lived to the fullest.” - r0ckyreed

"Trust" is belief with a high confidence level. You can believe something and not be completely confident about it. "I believe it will rain tomorrow" doesn't tell you how confident you are about the prediction. "I trust it will rain tomorrow" implies you are highly confident.

"Belief" is usually back up by other stories you learnt in the past. Like you may say, I believe that men should not wear skirts. 'Trust' does not go with 'should' most of the time.

I believe you should stay at home due to Covid-19 outbreak.

I trust that you will stay at home due to Covid-19 outbreak.

"Faith" is a belief that is accompany by divine power Eg God's power or your own.

No difference between belief and faith.

Trust is just the permission you give yourself to be vulnerable, nothing more. It has nothing to do with expectation or outcome.

Beliefs have no place in spirituality. You can believe whatever you want.

In all my years of spirituality it's always the priests and the pseudogurus who ask you to believe and have faith, because they simply don't know what's going on.

I see people got different view in intepert faith, truth and belief. People label the experience with different names or totally have different experience in each individual, which lead to confusion to discuss this matter..
