Solid Technique For Getting Out Of A Lazy Funk

I've been doing this for one month now and it's proven to be extremely effective to get my but into action when I just dont wanna.

The skitz blitz (go crazy) part is crucial to crush the in-between zone. The crazier you get, the more effective it is.

I think that rapidly moving the body around helps to unlock those emotions that keep me feeling apathetic sometimes.
