No emotions just pressure

As much as research and understanding I could put into this I feel entirely detached from my emotional body from neglecting it for years and basically feel like my awareness is locked into a small tiny box tortured by trauma unable to connect to my surroundings/people/feel any form of love. It's pretty relentless and I tried kms several times till I did mushrooms and here I am working on it best I can.

I am trying to do completion process and shadow work or whatever I can to feel some of those emotions and let go of them and basically all 'emotions'/sensations are in my skull, literally, confined weird pulsating swirling around my head pressure like there's some thick hard liquid getting moved around but generally it's stuck to my forehead between my eyebrows, it's just a neutral feeling and it never shifts or changes. I don't really know what that is or what approach I can take,

My advice for you would be to get yourself to express creatively, artistically. This would be a huge step in the direction of embracing your disowned emotions and feelings. I suggest you start creating some kind of visual art(on a graphic tablet, or non-digital stuff such as paintings on canvas, drawing on paper, sketchbooks, you can even start experimenting with mixed media kind of stuff etc. Create an art themed instagram account and start posting your artwork there. See what happens, maybe this will work for you and you will slowly start to feel again and the numbness/suppression will start to go away. You have to let your inner world break free from repression. So expressing yourself would be of great help in this situation.

Another idea would be to start singing along your favorite songs and see if you get to feel something from doing that, maybe even attend some karaoke party or something like that. Take some dance courses, go to ecstatic dance festivals, start including chanting into your meditation practice, start experimenting with hatha yoga, incorporate some tantric techniques into your love live etc.

Start exploring life more.

Pay attention to the sensations, emotions & feelings that arise from doing such activities and follow your excitement essentially.

Can you get to a place where you feel frustrated - or angry, even - for not being able to feel life fully?

If yes, that would be a great starting point.
