Intense emotional pain

I felt intense emotional pain this morning

A woman came to me in dreams and said that I needed to give up certain things.

Then the pain felt like goosebumps.

Sometimes I wash down this pain in tears

It's raining heavily right now. 

Brought some relief to my soul.

This picture makes me feel so calm

Just imagining water slowly trickling down my head.

I'm tired of all the Hyper aggressive competitive negativity in this place 

 

Plus the total lack of empathy and compassion and fake spiritual nonsense.
