Shunyamurti narrative

Shunyamurti is all the time talking about reality becoming apocalyptical.

Particularly what has surprised me and catched my curiosity, is that sometimes he has said something along the lines as:

"We can dream another world from the understanding of love and the Self".

So basically what he's saying is that all that is happening in reality ( Covid, global warming, wars) it's an imagination of God and God can actually dream something radically different if humans start to wake up?

Right now maybe 0.001% of population is awake. Is shunyamurti saying that if maybe 1% of people become God Realize God will dream a world more loving?
