For me, it is mostly books. Or, rather. the afterimage of the experience when I internalize what I have read.

 

Mystical Experience Zero. Prequel:

The Knowledge of The Law of Attraction.

Book - The Secret, Rhodna Byrne. This Happened when I was 20 years old in 2008, I was at the peak of my physical abilities. Decorated Military Sergeant. I was offered to read the book by my good friend and spiritual seeker, Jacob Gordon.

 

Mystical Experience One: December 2010.

A Keen Interest in Philosophy.

Books:

Meditations. in which the existence of God and the immortality of the soul are demonstrated. It is a philosophical treatise by René Descartes first published in Latin in 1641. The famous: "I think, therefore I am" is first introduced here.

Ethics by Spinoza. It was written between 1661 and 1675 and was first published posthumously in 1677. A central book in my Philosophy Era. In the Top 3 of my most inflluential books I have ever read.

Socratic Teachings. Plato's Accounts, The Legacy of Aristotle.

This one appeared to be a full enlightenmet. Although, It lasted for only 2 months.

Nice! There’s no need for drugs if you’d rather not use that tool. 
 

But keep in mind that none of this was “natural” or even exactly “endogenous.”

Books are not natural. Human speech is not natural. Meditation is not natural.

In one of the books I mentioned (Spinoza's Ethics) It is clear that God = Nature. Everything is nature. That includes books, human kind, meditation, human speech and dictionaries. Even psychedelics. But, yeah, I don't use them.
