I'm crave for attention

@VeganAwake maybe.... hope that is the case.

No need for hope. Hope is just a preference for things to be one way or the other.

By being with my loneliness and not running away from it for the very first time, I've learnt much about myself..... and learning more...

This is it...? ❤

And simultaneously there is no real issue attention-seeking either. That which has no real meaning simply cannot have a right or wrong way to be.

"Hey guys, I'm hungry, anyone found a cure?"

Yes bro, meet up with people, make friends, go to social events if possible.

@charlie cho did you have any history of childhood trauma or neglect? I'm asking because attention seeking can sometimes be a symptom of early years attachment issues. There's a saying, 'attention seeking is attachment seeking' and young children obviously need healthy attachment with their parents/carers. This may not be relevant to you though.

Relax, it's just my loosely held opinion.  :)

It's caused by self-shaming thoughts. They create a vicious cycle, you feel unloved because you shame yourself in your own thoughts, so you want someone else to bolster your confidence and focus on you but you know this desire is a needy one so you shame yourself. Meditate in the morning, and whenever the need arises, pay attention to the thoughts you think about yourself that don't feel good, all day everyday. Make time for the things you love to do.
