I cant be productive and being focused

3 posts in this topic

I litteray cannot get anything done. Whenever i try to learn something i feel extreme resistance and lack of focus.

I am constantly running away towards the next moment. When i read and try to learn something i start to be in my mind and start to day dream. I have to always remind myself that i have to focus and to return to the thing that i am reading and try to learn. And also start feeling sleepy. I stopped drink coffe because with coffe the things get even worse. I  start feeling high and focus is almost impossible, and become hyperactive.

Self sabotaging is also part of the game. Sometimes i meditate but its hard. My mind is going crazy and have hard time staying still.

So basically this condition cant allow me to perform on my 100 procent of my potential even 50 procent, because i either self sabotage or do something without almost any focus.

Suggestions will be very appreciate.

PS: I also suffer from OCD

Hi kras,

How old are you?  Are you in school, work, hobbies?  Is there some sort of goal your working towards or things you like or are good at?

Think deeper about what your mind is trying to direct you towards. What do you daydream about? Do you need more of that in your life? If so, maybe providing that for yourself will open up space for focus later on. Or, maybe you are not actually interested in the things you are telling yourself you are interested in. Try reading different types of books, different areas to learn.
