Precautionary measures

The whole thing about the suicide shook me to the core and left me anxious, sleepless and depressed.

I pray that this never happens again ever.

I need to take some urgent measures precautionary measures because who knows I might be telling someone here some non dual theory and they can take it the wrong way.
