the witness or consciousness or the awareness you guys have. You guys may think it only exists in the back of the head looking at all the thoughts and imaginations in you. Maybe it can see all the emotions too. 

Don't delude yourself. The consciousness and awareness is not only in the back of the head. 

Consciousness and awareness can only come about when you have retrieved the darkness which is your past, thoughts, past emotions, emotions, and trauma. So, it is better not to even think about consciousness. Don't get any ideas about consciousness. Just STOP THINKING OR READING OR STUDYING WHAT CONSCIOUSNESS IS. THE MORE YOU READ AND THINK ABOUT IT, THE MORE IMAGINATIONS AND THOUGHTS WILL CLOUD THE REAL CONSCIOUSNESS. IF YOU SEE CONSCIOUSNESS, YOU WILL KNOW IT IS CONSCIOUSNESS. 

I don't want to talk about what real consciousness is because it will delude you more. You will only imagine about it unless you really have it.

Better to just stop studying this shit. Don't study. 

I would advise just be loving to the next door neighbor. Be a nice guy. Cook food for your girlfriend. Work on your passions. And ... just think what it means to love a person. Just really think deeply what love is. And try to act out that love. That should be the only concern, I think.

The witness, consciousness and awareness are all different things.

The witness is actually an egoic stance. When you start dissolving identifications, at some point the ego will jump to "I'm a witness unaffected by anything", but it's just the opposite side of "I'm a victim and everything is affecting me".

I agree that thinking about consciousness is pointless. It's not about studying anything. Studying is only important in order to understand how to practice.
