Please help me.

What happened to me after doing deep meditation practices?

Around 18 months ago I started very deep meditation practices and kept doing it everyday for about 60 days. After about 40 or 50 days very bad things started to happen to my body that don't heal anymore.

My scalp surface heats up badly as if you installed some cable to my head and applied voltage to it constantly. I also keep seeing small black dots or patterns whenever the background is white or whenever the environmental light is good. For example on a sunny day or in a room with good lights. All of these started to happen to me exactly during meditation sessions and got worse gradually.

I visited many doctors: neurologist, psychologists, ophthalmologists and so on. They all said that nothing was wrong with my body!

But I don't have peace anymore because of this constant sh*t that I have to experience.

I hate meditation!

@Mehrdad Sounds like you've activated your third eye. Nothing wrong with this, maybe take a break and come back. 

There are lots of side effects of meditation, I would seek a local spiritual teacher / meditation guru to advise around techniques. 

Perhaps try different practices to compliment, think holistically and also have breaks.

I sugest you should try a CT scan of your head to exclude any physical causes for your problems.

The other thing is that in meditation or after it many unconscious repressed content emerges on the surface to be seen and healed. But many people don't know that or they can't handle it. So maybe you should try with some competent psychotherapist whos specialisation is depth psychotherapy and who has some knowledge of the transpersonal domain.

@Mehrdad visual stuff sounds like visual snow. People usually get it after doing lsd. Some people are born with it. Or if it's from energy centers being blocked or whatnot maybe try some breathing techniques like pranayama, or wim Hoff, or soma breath? I'm doing soma breath right now. 

Try some yoga like Sun salutations. Get the energy flowing, maybe it's stuck in your head because of too much focus.

I think the worst thing to do would be panic. The anxiety may make it worse. What type of meditation were you practicing? Maybe you broke through or are on the path to breaking through but you don't understand what your going through.
