  1. Being myself
  2. Being a good person 
  3. Being a successful person
  4. Being a meaningful person (being a decent person )

The biggest factor that drags you behind in life is substandard males or substandard men.

Remove them from your life, whichever source they're coming from.

Even if they are not as boyfriends or husbands or friends in your life, they could still be dangling in your life as colleagues, online trolls, stalkers, acquaintances etc or just random men around your presence online and offline. Remove every tiny trace of these men.. every trace of such men is toxic.

Do not place any value on shitty people who brag about their success.

 

Eventually I'll close off completely in this place.

I just don't belong in places with little empathy and compassion and understanding.

We cannot simply grow through our circumstances. 

The environment needed for growth and thriving has to be a conducive environment.

So what does this mean?

You begin to grow from a certain point. I'll call this the point of sustenance. The point from where growing, flourishing and thriving begins. It's the basic threshold for growth. The launchpad. 

Without this threshold, growth is going to be very chaotic and it won't be helpful. 

Below this point of sustenance, the person only keeps struggling to keep their head above water and desperately survive.

You know at this stage it's like a cruel game. You are fighting for your survival, trying to get out of the misery pit you're born into, trying to get out of the crab Bucket. You put all your force and might into climbing the wall of the pit. It's like climbing several mountains. Yet when you are done climbing one mountain,another pops up and then you climb that and then another pops up, and all you do is keep climbing mountains and once you reach the last mountain, all your fuel is gone,your energy is drained and you have that one little mountain to climb, just a little bit to cover before you reach that finish line, and now you're so tired after climbing so many that you're feet are broken and you can't climb anymore. This is how life tests you when you aren't given a wholesome environment,if you are doomed to be born in such conditions, then your whole life is a picture of struggle which begins with the hope of getting out of that misery pit one day and ends with you giving up on your struggles and succumbing to the circumstances after a hard long fight. Is this growth?

No I don't see it as growth. It's a slow process of destruction. Growth can only happen beyond this point of struggle,only at the point of sustenance. 

Below this threshold where you have limited opportunities and resources, bad conditions of living, your life is only spent fighting those conditions.

Growth is not just growth. Guaranteed it's not linear, but growth is only growth if it involves flourishing and thriving or else it's an endless cycle of struggle disguised as growth.

I want to work on myself on a serious level.

I think the growth style is different for each person.

And to know your own growth style you need to know yourself really well.

So In order to create a chart of growth, you need to incorporate your personality profile and your overall compatibility with regard to your environment and your personal compatibility with lifestyle and goals, knowing what you need versus what you want, and your suitable growth style.
