My Gut Imbalance And All The Problems It Has Caused In My Life.

For over a decade i have been suffering with multiple symptoms which now after tons of study and trying EVERYTHING you can imagine seem to all tie into some sort of leaky gut / Candida overgrowth issue.  The symptoms that carried on for over a decade:

-Rashes - ( Dermatitis / Psoriasis ) Which go away with an extended water fast,  and return upon staring to eat again. Some Flareups went away while others just showed up on a new body part that have never been affected before.  Gum Disease Receding gums.

-Concentration & Memory - Cannot focus for a long period of time sporadic day dreaming drifting off / Procrastination. Cannot remember lyrics to songs. When i am reading a book I focus on the words that are being read and punctuation rather than absorbing the actual material. Mixing up letters in words or forgetting to add a letter. ( I need to go over my sentences for punctuation prior to sending off a text message or sending emails/letters)

-Anxiety - This Varies a lot for me. Everyday is different. Anxiety of large gathering and thinking about what people think about me. Sometimes i am social other times i am very quiet 50/50. I am not Shy. 

- Tired in the morning / Fatigue during the day  / ++ but feeling amazing at night ++

                ++ In Leo's recent video he mentioned when he speaks to other people he's always analyzing weather or not they approve of what he has to say whether he fits in. : I have always had this problem, its like half your mind is focused on the conversations and the other half is contemplating on whether you are being approved  / judged on what your saying or even doing. ++

OCD - everything has to be perfect, clean and balanced / centered. <----- referring to material /  physical objects. 

Negative thoughts and addiction - When i start to eat fast food and sugars I get Horny all the time. When watching porn for example my mind wants to see all kinds of fetishes. When in a fasted ( no food Intake ) state everything goes back to normal - I feel disgust for watching porn. 

 

** Most of the above issues would go away as long as i stay fasted. However one cannot stay fasted forever. Food is the immediate culprit. Rashes happen due to inflammation in the body. Inflammation happens after ingested food particles fall into the blood stream and cause havoc. They fall into the blood stream because the gut has microscopic holes which i believe happen due to imbalanced gut flora and candida.** 

            * all meat diet helps, colonics help pull candida out, and coffee enemas remove all the waste and alleviate pain in the intestines. 

 

 

 * Perhaps Leo, others on the forum can pitch in.

 

 

Forgot to add: Immediate brain fog after eating carbs or even a salad.

@GTD Sorry that you've been going through so many issues. But don't get disheartened. Much of what you describe can actually be healed. Many many people have healed most if not all of the above symptoms. So its just a matter of figuring it out. But no one here can really do that for you. You're just gonna get a bunch of people recommending loads of things to try.

I suspect that not all of your symptoms are due to poor gut health. It plays a big role in our overall health, but it's not necessarily the source of every issue. For example, the comment about being in social situations and thinking about what other people are thinking is a fairly common thing that most people do. That usually just a symptom of low self esteem and low confidence.

Your OCD might be due to metal toxicity, i'd look into the andy cutler mercury chelating protocol. 

Regarding the candida, have you had this properly tested and confirmed by a lab? If you definitely have candida, you need to cut out all sugar full stop and significantly reduce things like white bread, white rice etc.

Get in touch with a functional medicine doctor or a gut health specialist and pay them to fix you up. Gut is very difficult to fix if you don't have a lot of systemic knowledge and training. You may need some private testing followed by strict elimination diet followed by gut cleansing & sealing and reintroduction. If candida is indeed present it may take up to a year to eradicate completely depending on severity of colonisation. From reading your story i would nearly bet my entire savings that all your problems including ocd and brain fog stem from the gut issue

@GTD Hey friend, been through similar stuff and it will be fixed.

However, you are in a complex maze because intellectualism is a prison and does not allow us to see truth and simplicity.

Unless you step back from the conditioned mind, there is no solution.

Man can talk about 592958 diseases but essentially they all fit into 2 categories:

1) Toxicity 2) deficiency

You belong to category 1.

Category 2 is actually very rare, people who have nutritional deficiencies in the western world are usually due to malabsorpbtion, not lack of nutrition.

If you have an issue of toxicity, the first thing to understand is where man fits in the various species.

To a conscious person, it is evident that man is a tropical animal (only place where you can live naked) and has a FRUGIVORE physiology.

Man and all primates have a symbiotic relationship with fruit.

Of course, cooking allows us to eat all sorts of things which were never meant to be eaten in the first place.

Cooking is a survival tool, useful for avoiding starvation in times of crisis. But nature does not like it.

Especially, man's lymphatic system does not like it.

The lymph system is the sewer system of human body, all metabolic acids and toxins are dumped into it.

The kidneys and skin then filter this garbage out of the body.

These systems of elimination have been damaged by man's sick lifestyles and high protein diets. Primates are the animals which need the least protein, tiny amounts. Mothers milk contains the least protein of any mammel.

When one begins to consume our specie's specific diet (fruits, berries, melons, vegetables) the body starts detoxification.

Small amounts of animal products and cooked starches are fine, but in times of regeneration its better to stay all raw.

We are not "curing" anything, thats a childish illusion of the arrongant mind.

We are simply stepping out of the way so that nature does its job.

Fungus, candida and bacteria is there only because we have garbage inside of us.

We have made a mess and they come to clean it up.

While you consume your species specific diet you may want to support the body with herbs:

1) your adrenals and endocrine system in general are very weak (hence you energy only at night and you have mental health issues.

2) your kidneys

3) your GI tract

4) a little help to kick out the fungus (i recommend Parasite M from dr Robert Morse)

Keep in mind, DETOXIFICATION IS NOT PLEASANT.

Expect cold and flus symptoms, discomfort, fatigue for a while.

You WILL feel tired, you must allow the endocrine glands to heal. Acidic foods like meat are stimulants and they give you the temporariry boost. Here you are not stimulating anything but slowly bringing back to life the weak glands.

Fruit has the highest energy, cosciousness and electricity of any food. 

Pee in a bottle in the morning and make sure there is sediment in the urine. If not, your kidneys are not filtering, which is not good.

In that case, try to use more astringent fruits like grapes or oranges. Grapes only for a few days can unlock the world.

Do this for a few months and you will have so much energy and coscioussness that you will eat some cooked just to balance out and stay in this reality down here ;)

Hi GTD,

I'm sorry to hear about this.

I've been struggling with similar issues. Not entirely the same though.

What helps for me is a low-glutamate (no milk, no gluten, no MSG, no processed foods, no canned foods), low sugar (even reduce the intake of fruits and gluten free grains) and low-histamine diet (general reduction of things that contain high levels of histamines). Avoiding caffeine helps as well. You might have other triggers than me though.

Perhaps Katherine Reid and her Reduced Excitatory Inflammatory Diet is maybe something you might want to look into.

On the other side, foods that help me are broccoli sprouts, fatty fish such as salmon, MCT oil and zinc supplementation. Not sure if it's going to work for you, but perhaps you could try this for a week and see if it helps.

If these diet changes bring you into a state of high intuition and mental clarity for the first couple of weeks, start meditating and exercising A LOT and hold on to this habit. This will help to bring your brain into a phase of highly increased neurogenesis. You might encounter a glimpse of awakening while doing so as I did.

Often overlooked causes of spiritual regression are exposure to free glutamate and EMF's. For me personally the REID program has helped me a lot, but everyone walks their own path and what has a profound impact for one person might be negligible for another.

@Tobia Your ideological bullshit is actually dangerous. The last thing someone with candida should do is eat more sugar. 

Plus the fruit of today is not the same fruit from 100.000 years ago.

I used to think this too but not necessarily. While people with candida should not be juicing fruits or eating banana shakes, regular (sane amounts) fruit consumption may actually be beneficial for candida overgrowth simply because of the polyphenol content, many of which help to control the candida overgrowth. Any "added" sugar from sweets and stuff like that has to go of course but I wouldn't remove fruit from candida client.

Would you tell them to eat low sugar fruit but not the high sugar or would you just tell them to eat sane amounts? 

And would you remove white rice?

A combination of the two. Mostly the low GL, high antioxidant/polyphenol types (berries, plums, pears..or whatever is seasonal). More focus on whole and less on juices & smoothies.

white rice you mean? You definitely, to be replaced by either for some high fibre long grain or brown one or some other whole grains completely like amaranth or buckwheat

Thanks everyone for your support / advice 

Fruits do cause issues for me. I will try to stick to mostly meat until i can balance out and heal the gut. 

The gut is indeed hard to fix been trying for 10 years, altho not for long enough intervals, perhaps why i did not heal completely.

@Opo Go back and play in the sandbox, child. Your belief has been challenged and you stated an absolute lie.

Everything I said is a fact, you can verify directly.

Candida is fed by starch, not fruit. Fungus can exist only where there is stagnating garbage and complex chemistry.

Fruit cleans the garbage out, might be uncomfortable at first. Fruit bring hydration and alkalinazation to inflamed, toxic tissues. Of course, it is not pleasant.

What is the alternative?

Dead animal flesh will further acidify the body and damage the kidneys, making the prison walls higher and higher. 

One can play in illusion for years, good luck x

@Michael569 Blaming candida for one's issues is like complaining for having flies in your house while leaving rotting garbage bags for months in your kitchen.

It's a very low level of thinking, we can do much better.

Claiming that a cooked, congesting, complex carbohydrate like buckwheat is better than a omg-too-much-sugar-banana is absolute insanity.

Perfectly shows how the mind truly is a double edged sword

@Tobia I can hear Robert Morse, John Rose and other fruitarian (I forget the name of the dude living in Hawai) raw foodies through your words. These are not your words, you've allowed yourself to be influenced by others on the internet without having done a single ounce of a research or worked with others. I know that because I was there as well. I have followed RObert Morse blindly for about 2 years before I realised it was not the answer to everything. Sometimes you need to rebuild not strip down to bones.  A lot of what you say makes no sense, has no support in nutritional evidence. If complex carbs were "ongesting" you wouldn't even be able to consume fruits because fruits are predominantly made of complex oligosaccharides & polysacharides with some disaccharides and some monosaccharides. 

How many people have you helped personally to get better? How many people did you personally see going through healing in this way? Have you ever worked with a chronically ill person? Did you know that some people cannot digest most fruits? What are you going to do then, put them on 40 days water fast? Theory and internet key jocking is nice but the real world is different.  Some people need to gain weight by consuming more protein rich and carbohydrate rich foods not become a walking skeleton through a fruitarian diet. Sometimes it helps yes, but detox is not the answer to all problems although I grant you that in many conditions it does help. You don't need to strip your body to a skin and bones to do that thou. Again, I've gone through this myself, I've order Dr Morse's tinctures and teas, I've done the endocrine, GI broom, kidney review, upper circulation, lung tea combo for over 4 months alongside around 75% raw diet with zero results. I've tried to cure my allergies and asthma in this way and the only thing that started to happen was my gums started to recede while the cure of allergies and asthma lay elsewhere. It is not always mucous and lymphatic congestion. The bit with sediment in urine is also fairly questionable suggesting everyone who does not have sediment in urine is sick and their kidneys are not working, if that was so, 99% population would drop dead with stage 5 chronic kidney disease. 

I am not against fruits, I love it and they should be a staple of everyone's diet but saying that everything else is congesting, mucous producing and causes lymphatic stagnation is clearly missing the point . In your pursuit of becoming completely open minded you have allowed yourself to fall into  deep dogma.

Don't talk with such a conviction about things you know nothing of. The world is too populated and too isolated for everyone to become fruitarian and many who do thrive poorly unless you live in tropics. There is nothing natural about eating watermelons and peaches in December if you live in northern Europe. The arrogance of your words clearly shows that you are an inexperienced angry guy/girl who thinks they have (after month of watching youtube videos) swallowed the ultimate truth and now deserves to preach to the world. Health is complex and so is the human body. 

I suggest you expose yourself to other opinions out there and study the work of other people in health before being so convinced that your view is the only and the right one. People have been healed from chronic disease through other means besides going raw foodie. It is just one of the many tools to achieving health, sometimes more effective, sometimes less and you need to become aware of that if you are to master the arts of health. Everybody needs a different approach and going cookie-cutter detox will give you mediocre results at best. People may lose their teeth, their hair and become incredibly aged and wrinkly on this journey. Have a look at this couple. Look at the girl properly. This is what being fruitarian in cold country of Eastern Europe does to you. Complete full body malnutrition and starvation. Her face looks like a woman 30 years older and her hair line has receded significantly probably from protein and iron deficiency.
