@Terell Kirby Out of experience I can say that this is too focused on the content for Leo. I know he now releases more videos on popular topics but I still suspect that is not something he wil dive into. Rather than looking at the content of America's constitutional amendment Leo is looking at what defines all government systems.

I think he also mentioned the 2nd amendment in his libertarian video.
