How long will the confusion and uncertainty about everything last?

I'm probably watched at least 50 of Leo's videos and everything seems so partial, paradoxical and relative to me now, I feel like I dont know how to act, what to do, what to like... I'm honestly just lost and confused, have any of guys gone through this stage as you started learning about spirituality?

I think you need to ground yourself in your body and physical reality. And maybe find a teacher who helps you feel more grounded in the present moment rather than disoriented.

yeah thats true, I definitely gotta start doing some yoga or some grounding techniques of sorts

Yes. Mind filled with conflicting ideas about stuff and no experience to ground those ideas in. The real problem with this is that we can spend months and years on contemplating 1 of Leo's videos. Yet we do just run through them, adopting ideas and beliefs.
