I Can't Believe How Nervous I Am!

8 posts in this topic

I have my professional interview Friday.

I am SO nervous.

Is this the be all and end all?  No. But I don't want to mess up or look stupid. I don't want to be interrogated and made to look foolish. I. Am. So. Nervous.

I know I posted this before, but the closer I get the more my mind is playing out a million situations.

Jerk off when you wake up, and again just before the interview.

We can't really help. Your emotions and your thoughts are your responsibility. You have to know how to put the work and effort to handle them.

I am SO nervous.

1. Declare your desire to expand. Ask the Universe to open you.

2. Stand in open posture, arms out to the side with palms facing forward, and feet solidly hip-width apart.

3. Repeat these affirmations 3 times or until you feel a physical, emotional or mental shift.

I am safe to expand and embrace love.
I release what has contracted me.
I am ready to feel lighter and freer.
I breathe in trust as I begin opening.

<repeat until you feel that shift inside>

4. Wrap your arms around yourself in gratitude for the energy shift you’ve just created.

Prepare everything you need to prepare. After that, meditation, breathing exercises, visualizations and affirmations. Then just do it.

Did you watch Leo's newest video on projection yet? You could think about it in a way that if you stop projecting to the interview and thinking about what it means to you it could be easier. Trying to see it as what it is instead and forgetting all the things your mind has come up with so far about it and related to it. This could allow you to prepare for it better and not be so nervous about it. And by the way, you'll do fine.

Well....it all worked out.

The day of the interview I was nervous up until about an hour before. After that, I literally gave up.

During the interview, I stuck to my game plan. I didn't pull a fast one, I didn't try and prove things I didn't know. At the end, I was pretty much guaranteed failure (based on the words of the panel). So I let it go. Oh well, I thought. It was worth the try. I'm happy with the direction I'm going anyways.

To my surprise, I was quickly granted acceptance. This process usually takes a month to complete. Mine was processed in five days :)
