The most basic and obvious explination of Oneness and why its normal.

In a few basic examples I'm going to explain why an experience of oneness/sameness/connected is not even a crazy notion, it actually makes more sense than believing being separate.

Most people with some basic degree of analytical skills, can make a few distinctions that would reveal that the most obvious thing going on on earth is contentedness/sameness/oneness.

Just by asking what am I made of, a kid could trace back on google a few answers to this question.

Where do animal's a plants come from = the earth

What do animals and plants share in common to grow, live and be what they are = water

Where does water come from = clouds and earth/bodies of water

What do people eat to grow = water, plants, animals

Oh what do we breath = tree's = water, sun/energy, other earth particles

Now you could take this another step further and understand the basic structures that make up water, plants and animals and you'd find out its energy, protons and electrons and various other particles = everything is those.

Now with this knowledge wouldn't an experience that you are One/Same/Connected actually make more sense than one that you are separate?

@Mu_ The retort of the ego will undoubtedly be “but I feel separated by time.” Seems this is because it is (understandably) assumed that there’s another time. There isn’t though... There’s only now. Doesn’t seem possible to really understand, but it is intuitively obvious from here, whether it’s ultimately true or not.

Your body is just something you have collected over the years, isn't it?

Isn't it? Yes or no ?

Fear is just a thought

The body is like a mold of clay thats shaped a particular way, just as a orange is the same clay shaped a different way, its all still clay.....

Oneness is fairly easy to see from a material pov like this, we're all made of the same basic stuff which erupted from the big bang. Feelings of awe and wonder arose in me as a boy contemplating my place in the physical universe.

Fast forward some years, it took me longer to see this in the psychological perspective, that there isn't a separate me inhabiting this material body, observing the world "out there". The clay is seeing and knowing itself. Or, seeing/knowing is "claying" itself :)

Relax, it's just my loosely held opinion.  :)
