Turquoise for the kill! ?

Just because God loves you doesn't mean it is going to shape the cosmos to suit you. God loves you so much that it will shape you to suit the cosmos.

I criticize Zen and Christianity and JP at times. But I don't hold a strawman of Zen or Christianity. I have always acknowledged the core validity of those teachings. Christianity just happens to be exceptionally corrupt.

Imagine if I said that Zen is all just intellectual ideas that do not lead to truth. That would be akin to what Sadhguru said about Vedanta.

Criticizing stuff is not the same as strawmanning it. I can also present a steelman case for JP and conservativism.

It doesn't come out that way when you do it, but okay.

Sadhguru too, like he said, is only criticizing the "bits and pieces" of Vedanta people pick up. To me, it's obvious he's not completely dismissing Vedanta.

It's his style to talk in a causal manner, don't expect a detailed and nuanced speech from him. It's not his style. He's not a professor.

Sadhguru only made fun of some vedanta studends not the vedanta itself. And rightly so. I see many Shankara Pillais on this forum all the time. :D very valuable teaching in the end for advaita studends to be aware of and not to fall into that deception.

I love JP. I mean look at him. His face, his voice, his inner demeanour. How can you not like him. He's a good soul, everyone is, he's just confused about some of things, just like everyone are, including me, Leo and you.

?️???

Do you think progressives, socialists, green stage, will beat you?

What kind of people will beat you?

I am curious because what if your videos become trending in tiktok what kind of people will call you out or beat you?

To me Sadhguru is fake.

I dont really follow him, but there are somethings that he says that can be valuable. If you look hard enough you can find plenty of holes or incongruencies in someones teachings.  Its so hard to truly embody ones work.

He ridiculizes self-inquiry. What is his technique? Is it better? I have seen a lof of videos of him but I didn't find his technique anyway.

He has some paid programs and books where he teaches some techniques. You can find free material too on his channel. His ultimate answer however is that the only way out is in.

Those are full fledged yogic Kriyas. It's like breath like that for x minutes, then chant this y times, then do this breathing technique etc. It's quite holistic if you think about it. Because of the pandemic they are even doing initiations online so you won't have to even travel to an initiation event, you can give it a try : https://www.innerengineering.com/

A free example is this :

they have processes depending on what you need basically
