So recently I read Matt Schifferle (Red Delta Project) book: Smart Bodyweight Training: How to Focus Your Mind to Transform Your Body

It's an amazing book!

Matt Schifferle has a totally dogma-free approach to exercise and teaches you how to make your own unique workout that will create results in any area of your life where the body can get better.

He explains how muscle growth, fat loss, and better performance works plus a technique called P.T.R for getting perfect reps every time.
