Bodymind And Awareness

Hello I just wanted to share my insight that I experienced few moments ago and ask if someone realized something similar.

 

Me - my awareness only seems limited by my body. In fact I've never been limited.

Also, It's the bodymind that is attached to me, this aware me who I am. But this aware I is never attached and dependable on bodymind.
