Thread would be a great practice ground. One embody an emotion fully, another receive it, and feedback / loop / name it, and switch roles. No time like the present to start. In Reiki 2 this is experienced in a same building, in reiki 3 it’s city to city. It’s an amazing, wonderful experience.

I don't think I've ever even thought to do this unless a strong emotion arose on its own.
