Staring at blue lights in the morning ?

Should I put my close to my LED Lamp & phone & stare at it in the morning for couple minutes because Blue light is a "powerful nootropic"

I think it's better and more efficient to let natural light in via a curtain or simply by going outside. The blue-light from outside will naturally wake you up if you leave your curtain open.
