So it turns out I might have an ROA for all the 5MEO I have sitting around now.

I'm curious if rectal use of 5MEO creates the sort of tolerance usually associated with longer acting psychedelics.

And the time in the trip is drawn out is 5-10 times more.. this about an hour for 10mg? Or two?

5-MeO-DMT has no tolerance.

Rectal ROA lasts about 45-60 mins.

Leo, since I got you for a sec; what do you think about the potential for 5MEO to work as an anti-depressant in people with serotonin issues who respond well to psilocybin? (this is the angle I'm personally investigating - maybe as soon as tomorrow, may start with an insufflated dose once I've done a bit more research on that ROA)

I can't speak to that. No experience with that.

People also respond very differently, so there is no general answer. You have to see what works for you.
