Some Carnivore Stuff

Hello @Leo Gura I've been on the carnivore diet for around 3 years now because I just wanted to get off my Adderall and stuff and wanted to cure some brain fog etc. Concentration problems I have. Its generally a pretty comfy diet. Though off-putting for most for well, obvious reasons.

I just wanted to tell you one important thing. 

If you're on the carnivore diet please supplement magnesium. Usually I would recommend Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium l-threonate, as they are most bioavailable and don't cause diarrhea and stuff.
I forgot supplementing magnesium for years and it surely cost me a lot of resources. I can pretty much meditate 10x better now.

You mentioned something about  being weak between meals, I had that too In this diet Magnesium is one of the few things you're low on. Also eat beef liver if you can (and like it). Its basically the superfood on carnivore.
