Would You Like Some Tea?

2 posts in this topic

So, recently I have uncovered the benefits that Green tea brings, lower stress levels, improves sleep and, improves health which has a incremental affect on the productivity of yourself as well as, increasing metabolism which relates closely to burning and the digesting of foods quickly, consequently leading to fat loss. However, I heard this also has negative side affects: headaches, due to caffeine intake, as well as other suggested things, but is it worth the cost?

I doubt it's a miracle food/drug. Like anything else, it has benefits and costs. Probably meditation is better at lowering stress levels, improving sleep, and health. Caffeine is a highly addictive compound, so if you're prone to addiction, and/or you develop a caffeine habit, not having the caffeine can cause headaches. The only drawback I can think of is that, as well as if someone is trying to kick all addictive behaviours, then probably not good to start on caffeine.
