I explained to my little guys that when they were born inside their head it was nothing to think, on their head it was only Love and when they were opening their eyes they were creating everything and everything was themselves because they had nothing to think about it. I wanted them to meditate with me and said we will close our eyes and try to go to the Nothingland, after about a half an hour my 7year old said oh is so hard to do it,its too much to think I was thinking only animals

I don't see them a lot and I try to give them all I have
