@IAmPaulQuinn What you should chase for happiness:

  • Low stress, especially if you're prone to mental illness or have a history of mental illness in your family
  • Locking in persistent no-self state AKA awakening/enlightenment
  • Getting good at meditation (stage 10 from The Mind Illuminated), Jhanas
  • Regular exercise and a good diet sufficient in magnesium, zinc, omega 3
