Where to find the best pickup communities? Online?

I need some down to earth skills with women. I'm getting into shape and I'm becoming more confident...

I'm looking for somewhere that is comprehensive, step by step. 

But where might I find the best pickup communities? I'm aware that different locations will have different opportunities...I guess I'm wondering did you guys go to online communities or in person? Share your source with me:)
