Going to reword this I just realised, so far I've been making my Diary super complex, and overcomplicating it. So, from now on I'm going to add more detail to my journal entries, in order to make them more specific and less confusing for you guys, as well as for myself. xD

From here on I'm going to make a 100% commitment to stop browsing the internet endlessly or doing tasks on the internet which aren't meaningful, such as Facebook, TwitchTv or Youtube for anything other than actualisation work and school work.  

I'm sick and tired of wasting time, and this ends now.

Actually for  today and tomorrow i've decided to take the days off, due to me harding hard recently on my work.

So, Today I will just meditate, eat healthy, and stay hydrated, as well as, renew my food diary.
