I from here on my a 100% commitment to start work at 5pm everyday no matter what. 

And to stop wasting time on meaningless things, unless it's a relaxation day.

FROM HERE ON THERE IS A 100% COMMITMENT TO KEEP MAKING AND CREATING AND REPLACING BAD HABITS! BUT ONLY 2 AT A TIME.

AND TO RESIST HOMEOSTASIS, WHICH WILL DISAPPEAR IF I CONTINUE TO RESIST IT. And can be avoided if I persevere. TO prevent you from going back to where you were. With ONE DAY A WEEK OFF, or negotiating when you become ill or when you begin to tire. TO STOP BACKSLIDING.

Wednesday 23rd November 2016 

Habit creation focus

  • Replace Video games with doing school work. (Note creation, revising, organising files) minimum 2 hours everyday.
  • Do meditation everyday for 1 hour.

KEEP THESE GOING UNTIL 

23RD December.

Then adopt a new habit.:)
