so many things to change in myself I don't know where to begin how to decide on this?

I find that it is difficult to transform my thoughts into reality do you have any books to recommend on this subject?

how can I close this gap?

I'd suggest considering that thoughts are part of reality including what I'm thinking while writing right now. This itself is a thought in form of words. But it needs to be noticed.

@saif2 To change.... Write all things you want to change from you.

And priorize that list.

Each one write 2 or 3 options of action to transform you.

Try to do it with each one.

2 weeks later evaluate your actions that you have done.

Then you can write to this message to continue helping you.

Make your Thoughts reality....

Read some books from: Jiddu Krishnamurti. Eckhart Tolle, Depack Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Joe Dispenza.

Searcho on web the titles of tem books and download what you want.

Great writters.

What does change something in yourself mean?

You’re already appearing as the thoughts & as perception. So, not something you can do....

... focus on what you want. Not in your head so to speak, but on a dreamboard in front of you. Then you are aware of what you want, consciously creating, and reality is appearing as it. Then you are aware of the gap; thoughts which are not aligned with what’s on your board. Close the gap by recognizing the guidance of feeling, and focusing on a better feeling thought. Feel the alignment as you do ? and use the emotional scale & tools of expression for any ‘stuckness’.
