"Men should embrace their inner feminine." Young guys should avoid this idea totally.

I don't know much about Millennials but Gen-Z guys already have enough feminine energy. I think there is no need for them to "embrace the inner-feminine."

Isolation, high speed internet porn, comfortable lifestyle, single mothers raising boys, lack of male role models, hyper-feminism....all these have made a TON of Gen-Z guys enough feminine already. Hence the term "Don't act like a pussy."

A lot more guys are having ED, PE problems than ever in history. Young adults are having less sex than ever. Coincidence? I don't think so.

There is no need to "embrace the inner feminine."

My dad is 52. If someone of that age wants to do the feminine ☯️ masculine thing. He can do it cuz he has already lived a life but I don't think it's a good idea for young folks. Not at all.

Agree, historically the pendulum was too far in one direction (Too masculine, repressed feminine) and is now swinging too far in the opposite direction.

There is no such thing as feminine or masculine energy. Its a made up construct.

Perhaps from the ultimate God-Head perspective (still trying to wrap my mind around that) but I don't think that really applies in the relative context of cultural issues.

Im not even going that far. You calling one thing feminine and another masculine is causing you to get stuck in your development. Your mind is not free when its stuck in this made up black and white category.

What you said about milenials is a big generalisation, and a popular right-wing argument. However, with rest I agree. Young men shouldn't really think too much about masculine-feminine hogwash and just go interact with women and people, see what works and doesn't work.

Of course, there is. What are you even talking about?

"If equals be subtracted from equals, the remainders are equal."

Is there anyway to prove that axiom?

No

It is just true.

Masculine and feminine energy is also true just like that.

@Rilles I want to see you argue with Teal SwanxD

I dont want to argue, I just see the words feminine and masculine energy being thrown around in New Age circles and the forum and nobody even questions if its actually real or just a buzzword.

Where is this energy? Can we find it? Why is it anthropomorphized? Do animals have it too? Just asking yall to think twice about concepts you use.

@The_Truth_Seeker That sounds like belief and dogma to me. "It just exists".

And I can't see it swinging backwards anytime soon.

@The_Truth_Seeker the way I define feminine is being kind, generous, loving and empathetic

that might be a wrong definition though. How are you defining it?

I am defining masculine as assertive, decisive, leader, ambitious.

I don't think its one or the other tbh I think it depends on the person and what they need. Some dudes for sure could use the "feminine" qualities I mentioned. But many dudes for sure can use the "masculine"

This is also the way I see it, and how most people intuit it when they use it / hear it.

Of course there's Yin in the Yang and vice versa, but to say that these are just constructs and not based in reality like @Rilles is saying, doesn't really make a lot of sense to me and would require a more elaborate, comprehensive explanation than what he has given so far. I'm not totally closed-minded to it, but I just haven't heard a convincing enough argument / point to make me switch sides on this one.

@The_Truth_Seeker I applaud you for engaging in this topic.

I originally posted about it precisely because there is judgement and stigma surrounding femininity. What better way to understand femininity than to embody it yourself? My aim for myself is to have a better balance of masculinity and femininity, not to be extreme in one or the other. I would never want to push this on to other people though. Generally, men will always have more of a masculine bias and women more feminine.

Who are you to say what someone should or shouldn't do?

People just need to integrate themselves fully and become unified.

Feminine energy is good, Masculine energy is good. You should consciously integrate the two of them.

Nothing wrong with integrating femininity.

Why are you scared of the feminine? Maybe you need to integrate it more hehe.
