It's night shift bad for your health?

2 posts in this topic

I currently work from 23.30pm to 7:00am , when I started I was happy because I was not tired or sleepy when I work but I've noticed the last days some fatigue it's starting to build up unless I drink lots of coffee. I put 7 hours of sleep but I noticed the sleep quality is not the same as when I sleep in the night. It's like a long nap.

Some people say you get used to it and others don't.

I could change the shift to the morning or afternoon BUT my salary will be about 20-25% less. And I could use the money now that I am starting from scratch in a new city.

But in the other hand money doesn't serve me if my health is going to be fucked up and I won't be able to work on my LP

I only have 2 days left to decide. Advice?

Tough call. I’d probably switch my shift for less money, but it depends on your budget/living expenses.
