Post-Meditation Routine

Do you have some post-meditation routine? 

Like maybe stretching or going for a walk or something? Or drinking a cup of tea? Or sitting around for 5 minutes not doing anything? Or looking at something?

 

Sometimes my mind just gets right back into thinking mode after my meditation time is up. As though it couldn't wait for it to be over, you know what I mean? 

So I thought maybe a little routine might help to smoothen this straight cut between no-mind and mind.

Your thoughts on this?

I usually make a cup of Cappuccino after a meditation practice ^_^
