NoFap / Semen Retention On Steroids?

Just wanted to share this YouTube channel / practice built upon Tantric / Taoist sexuality. 

For me, 'NoFap' never truly resonated as it feels like supression and imo anything with 'No' (No-Self etc) is never the final answer as is based in negation & not expansion.

Same for some forms of 'Semen retention / cellibacy' which works amazingly for some people, but I kinda wanted a middle ground of quitting porn, and I guess 'upgrading' sexuality.

And, its been amazing, and naturally I have stopped watching Porn which I struggled with for ages, as quite simply instead of focusing on what I didn't want to do (watch Porn) I focused on what I did want to do- have amazing Sex and deepen intimacy, connection etc

His channel goes into Semen Retention & finding your own 'ideal ejaculation frequency', overcoming ED & Premature Ejaculation, multiple orasms, tantric sexuality, reprogramming your brain to focus on pleasure not the end goal, improving your Sex life & becoming a better lover etc etc 

I'm still in the early days of this & by no means an expert, but after just a month or so, the results have been insane, especially from quitting porn and just shifting my mindset to a more 'Tantric' one. 

I know the views on Porn on this forum are mixed, so I am not saying it's right / wrong, just sharing my own experience, and I can say I will never go back to regularly viewing Porn like I used to, it really affected my previous relationship & in my opinion (key word: Opinion) is the junk food of Sexuality. 

But, its all about finding what works best for you & gives you the Sex life you're after, and for me this has really helped, and I'm really enjoying the journey so far. 

Also, if you are in a relationship, I'm sure your partner will also appreciate the extended sessions lmao, more so than the kind of Sex they may be used to. 

Also, not 'wasting' your energy every day, leads to WAY more energy& focus which is a double edged sword, you need to have things to pour that energy into- Work, business, exercise, relationships, sport, activities etc etc so be careful & make sure to learn how to integrate the exercise. 

Also, it isn't easy and there isn't any quick fixes, the older you are, the more programming you have to unwind & refine, but its a really fun process & very rewarding, I now understand why a lot of Spiritual Traditions promote harnessing this energy in one way or another, while I defo don't believe its essential to the awakening process, I can defo see how it helps in a number of ways, just like eating healthy helps!

David Deida- The way of the superior man

Mantak Chia- Multi Orgasmic Man

Marnia Robinson- Cupid's Posioned Arrow (although I don't practice Karezza religiously like her and her followers prescribe, its still an interesting read, but a little extreme for me atm)

Yeah, "no-fap" is awfully restrictive and calvinistic. Almost masochistic I would say. Why not freely enjoy your sexuality? Just don't ejaculate all over your dreams.

Enjoying and cultivating desire (without having to resolve it) is a Tantric practice that has benefits for many facets of life.

Haha thanks for sharing, I have a guess it was Taylor and it was correct lol. I've been following this dude since last year where he was readying his channel. It was a shame I didnt partake to his early promotion thing for 21 days. iirc he was surveying men for his early courses. His podcast videos is also something to watch!

YES! This is what I always thought, Whenever I tried it, I felt as if I was focusing on 'Not watching porn' which just made me think about it more lmao, I think one of the best things when quitting any unhealthy habit, is to focus on the change, e.g. focus on cooking healthy food instead of not eating junk

Yes! I'm in his course, and its awesome. But its annoying to have to wait for the second week to unlock lol, but has already created a HUGE shift in my mentality regarding sexuality

I watched most of his videos and this one I can suggest for mens here

I try it for almost a month and I can say I truly manage to do alot of things and finish 1 project at that time so fast!

I think he doesnt agree with Mantak Chia's book as well as he consider it Retrogade Ejaculation, which is the same thing when you ejaculate, just that it stays on your bladder. After knowing this for a year Ive gone experimenting and seeing what works for me.

   I've seen this guy before, and I've had some benefit of using his advice. 

   It's like with the self concept modal, and life purpose, having a positive image of yourself of who you want to become, and having the qualities of that role, and forecasting action steps that lead you through the series of roles and actions needed to get to that ideal self or life. In this context, having a positive image of your sexual self, living the ideal sex life, becoming that player, having qualities of that player, and being able to forecast the actions that lead up to that ideal, is what largely makes this successful for you, as a sexual player, or a lover, or a socialite.

   If you heard about vision boards, you know how they work, but also they can chunk down and be specific. For example, you want to improve sexually? set up a vision board only on sexuality, include only images revolving around who you want to become, the qualities of that role, and actions you want to take, and outcomes you want, all specific and only about improving your sexual performance, or sexuality. the set up should mostly be digital, or analogue if you're edgy, and for each image, make a statement, or run a mental process of describing the image, and what led to this image, and what will follow after this image into that other image.

   Also, learn NLP, because the more you know NLP, the more powerfully you can leverage yourself to change.

   Also, proper sleep, rest, and nutrition. Even if I have to cut corners with exercise, for nutrition and proper rest, do so. Ejaculation, in male bodies, is roughly equivalent to a highly stressful event. As an example, it's like having a strong coffee, and you don't like the taste, so you put more sugar and milk to cover the strong taste, yet that's still too much coffee for you to handle. So, respect sex by properly resting and eating.

Great advice, also supplementing things like Zinc & Macca can help you recover the nutrients you lose. 

 

@flowboy Will do, I'm only in week 1 of the course, but already been pretty awesome.

@Recress Yeah I kinda used that as an excuse for not diving into this work, but in the long run I think its more harmful

@LfcCharlie4 Mantak Chia's method you mean? I'm on my 9-10 days now and it felt like I'm burning lol and my first wet dreams this month. Im gonna be consistent since there are so many things I want to accomplish this month! I started yoga and qi-gong last year and it really helped. I may have to rewatch the video I posted as a reminder.

 

Problem for me is the I dont do weight training to expel the excess energy, and thats the whole reason why I relapse after few weeks or so. Hmmm.

@LfcCharlie4 Any update on your adventure so far? Would you still consider it fapping right if you touched yourself but no porn? I try not to watch it but I had some minor relapse, didnt consume energy as I ejaculating. I think I am self sabotaging myself since I know that this excess energy needs to go out in physical activities, but I dont do it. I instead play video games lol
