I still get offended by the mundane

I try to go about days at work fully conscious .i just wanna be able to chill the fuck out and enjoy myself no matter the scenario.no matter how hard i try i keep getting sucked back in over and over any tips?

Make sure you sleep enough.

Also don't fall in the trap of drinking 5 cups of coffee everyday. 

You can't really avoid annoying people  at work unless you are very lucky. If you find your job mundane find ways to make it fun. For example try to find ways to get more done with less effort. Focus in whatever you do fully like a meditation.

It's a gradual process, you can't just turn the switch on and enable "Jesus mode". 

Daily meditation, clean diet, fitness, psychedelics (?) and all other beautiful activities to the rescue.
