Hello Everyone,

I'm glad to join the group.  I was hoping you could drop a few links to  current free meditations that everyone is using. I'm using this free one right now but I wanted to see what ones, if any, you all are listening too. My name is Hadley and I stumbled on to something by accident that totally transformed my life. I'd like to pay it forward because it saved my life. If anyone in the group is having problems focusing or may be having negative thoughts I'd like to be of service & help some people for free.
