Since physical exercise is an essential part of working on oneself, I was curious as to how many of you exercise regularly. I made a poll, feel free to select your particular option.

   I do exercise 1-2 times a week, but sometimes 3 times a week. I also do long walks daily as well, and mainly do isometric types of exercises and calisthenics sometimes after isometric sessions. These help me keep my leanness, along with walking.

a combination of HIIT, calisthenics, shadow boxing, jogging and biking most of the time :)

5 times a week, but I rather do it daily. It depends on my level in training, when starting a new routine it takes more time to heal. My training at the moment consists of calisthenics, gymnastic ring training, running and parkour. When the lockdown in my country is over I want to get back into martial arts as well.
