So the new concept is about labeling a stressor as a stressor.

Take a jar and put the label stressor on it. 

Now take a piece of paper and write the names of people and things and behaviors that stresses you out the most or re-ignites trauma. 

Put these pieces into the jar. 

Review these things everyday re-analyze your relationships with these stressors every day and find ways to combat these stressors.

The new concept is about creating your own life system and not let it be regulated by malefic forces. 

So the is my fundamental belief. That when you put all your energy in guiding and acting your life, it works out. When you are lazy and don't put a strong energy into your life, the malefic forces take over and life proceeds in an unregulated manner  because you are not taking charge. 

 

(let me straighten this out quickly )

So it's important that you create your own life system 

I've created a 3 step model to create my own life system. 

It's divided into three growth tracking steps 

First step is called Mechanical Growth Track

Awareness of self and system

Progress 

Focus. 

Resolution (of situations and hurdles)

Attention

Connection (to selves)

Understanding dynamic

Compensation (try to have which you don't have or are lacking )

Integration (integrate a little bit of everything )

In understanding dynamic, whatever dynamic you're trying to understand  there's a crucial factor. 

And it's the level. Many dynamics are operating at different  levels.. 

For example I can say a current situation has a certain basic dynamic  operating in it. 

But I think of the situation from a distant angle, I can catch another dynamic hovering over this dynamic. I'll call it the secondary dynamic.. 

When I go further with my Meta analysis, I see another dynamic from top controlling and influencing all the dynamics below. I'll call this the Tertiary dynamic. 

So here we go. 

I've the Primary Dynamic. The Secondary Dynamic and the Tertiary Dynamic..
