my new insight..

1 post in this topic

i recently had a insight, that was we give meaning for everything and we suffer because of it.. for a example we are bound to give a meaning or a value for money.. and we suffer not having money more.. we gave a value for gold.. and we trying to protect them.. we gave value or meaning for our views and our ideas, then someone told us something that offend us, we feel angry. it is our conditioning.. if we dont give a meaning when someone blame us.. we will no more get angry.. because we are not bound to give meaning for anything. actualy, we can see that we just experiencing some abstract words.. we are not conditioned to react the situations..

see this example.. when we see a gold piece inside a steel box we instantly feel happy.. we instantly experience biological changes, such as heart pumping, sweating. why its happening ? because we or our world culture gave a value for gold. its not normal. it is conditioning. but we dont experience that happiness when we see a metal piece.

also see, it is connected with ego.

this is what Ivan Petrovich Pavlov explain in his explanation of conditioning.

The most famous example of classical conditioning was Pavlov's experiment with dogs, who salivated in response to a bell tone. Pavlov showed that when a bell was sounded each time the dog was fed, the dog learned to associate the sound with the presentation of the food. and he saw the chemical reaction when he only ring the bell without giving food.

(i only wrote this for help someone. if it doesnt seems to be helpful, dissmis it. sorry for my baad english ??)
