Let’s stop demonizing Green

People in lower stages don't wanna evolve further because they don't see the possibility of Yellow after Green. Yellow will work for the survival advantages so they will accept Green along with it. Healthy parts of green can be accepted widely only after these survival issues are worked out.  

That is how compassion works as well. It arises from a place of security where boundaries are set for himself by the individual's Ego. Counterintuitive.

@Preety_India A forum centered around spirituality and self-actualization  will naturally attract people that a green or at least higher in consciousness than most of the population. 
Green has it’s fair share of representation here. A conservative will whine about how conservatives are demonized here. There is nothing holy about green so people will occasionally “shit” on it. 
So what? Everybody has his own unique worldview, not everybody plays by your rules and some of them will trigger you. Maybe you can view this as an opportunity for self-growth. Or you can dig your heels in and double down on your worldview.

I'm not sure. But all i see is mostly demonizing of green to be honest. Of course it's not a big deal, to each his own.

   Exactly. We must exercise 100% responsibility at all times, because transforming to another stage takes work.

Actually, Red/Blue/Orange are more demonized than green on this forum, since most people here are green, they tend to demonize their prior stages that they're growing out of.

Nah, we should deconstruct silly green ideologies. Green people are very weak epistemologically and get into all sorts of ideological traps because of it. We need to spot more of these and facilitate moving people to yellow

This forum is full of people aware of the spiral dynamics, and if I'm not wrong, I'd say that people generally work towards being at least yellow.

Everyone here who has watched Leo's mini-series on spiral dynamics should have no problem accepting stage green's flaws. If you have watched the series with focus, you don't suddenly start to hate green just because someone made a thread criticising it.

This is literally a non-issue. Stop being overprotective.

Deeper understanding and expertise comes from practice, work and experience. Yet most people are too lazy for that and would rather pontificate on forums. This is a surface understanding.

One cannot think their way into a deep understanding of marathon running. One must actually do the training for years, actually run marathons and gain experience of it's beingness and actuality. One cannot think their way into a deep understanding of piano playing. They must practice the piano for years to become fluent and understand the actuality of what piano playing is. . . Similarly, one cannot read a few articles on SD and think their way into a deep understanding of Green. Claiming "I'm Yellow" and intellectualizing Green is lazy and at a surface layer. Learning, experiencing, embodying and understanding Green takes immersion, practice and integration. Many years of work and experience.

@Forestluv What if someone is raised in a Yellow household or a similar situation?  No one is 100 percent in one stage as well so such a situation is likely in practical scenarios and for practical implications.

Besides, one cannot just say "I am Green". It takes years to master it.
