Why Do People Who Can Change The World Can't Do It Directly?

I think that I know how to improve programming tutorials to a huge degree.

Is it okay that I am angry on the world for that I am not able simply do the work?
Instead I have to work to save some money and only then I can start teach people.

So if there is people who can change the world,  they can't go after for that. 
They have to waste their precious time on earning the money first.

Let's take Leo for example.
As far as I know he can't just do his self-improvement and share the fruits.
He have to pay his bills so he have to couch or do whatever to have the money.

In fact, I wounder why he just don't ask for money.
If I would do something like this and have no shyness issues,
I would definitely ask for money.
I don't know how shy he is, so if he shyless I really don't understand why he didn't make it still.
So Leo if you are reading this I don't understand why you don't ask for money.
Instead you choose to waste some of your time by earning them to do the thing you should be doing in first place.

P.S I am not talking about Leo. I am using him to describe a problem.

Are you mad that you need to eat and sleep as well? Seems like such a waste of time.

Do you know for sure that you need to make money first?

Do you know for sure that spending time saving money wouldn't be beneficial?

Where is this anger coming from? What is at the root of it?
