Can You Help Me Choose A Topic For A Book I Am Going To Write?

Hey!  I would highly value your opinion, if you want to give it.

I have started a blog and YouTube-channel, and I want to offer a free book to everyone who subscribes to my newsletter.

To do this, I first have to write the book, but I don't know what kind of topic people are the most interested in. 

I am pretty interested in everything personal development related, so I'm going to offer some alternatives for book topics, but you're free to recommend a different one. 

Passion

Purpose

Discipline

Productivity

Inspiration

Conquer Procrastination

Studying

Just my own opinion, but i personally wouldn't write a book just for the sake of writing a book. If you really want to write one, your own desire and knowledge should be sufficient in finding a topic.
