What are your thoughts about Stoicism?

Stoicism helped me a lot through my personal hardships.

I'm not sure if this helps, but I'm reading a book called "The Obstacle is the Way", which is basically applied stoicism.  It seems like a useful framework for getting through difficult times and lends some great perspectives.

I wouldn't consider it an end-all-be-all philosophy, but it's a useful component of actualization.
